Performance and conversion
Make every Shopify visit feel faster, clearer, and easier to buy from.
We identify friction in the storefront and improve the parts of the shopping journey that affect speed, clarity, trust, and conversion intent.
Scope
What we help with
The work that typically sits inside this service. Every engagement is scoped to what your store actually needs.
- Technical storefront audit
- Theme and front-end performance improvements
- App impact assessment
- Product page and collection UX refinement
- Cart and navigation improvements
- Mobile checkout journey analysis
- Accessibility-oriented implementation improvements
- Analytics and event tracking foundations
Our approach
Find the friction, then fix it in priority order.
Speed and conversion work go wrong when they become a list of generic best practices. We measure your storefront, watch what real journeys do, and build a backlog ordered by likely impact against effort — then work through it with the reasoning visible.
Evidence before edits
Field and lab measurements, session behaviour, and a code-level review establish where the cost actually is.
Apps get audited too
Third-party scripts are often the heaviest thing on the page. We quantify each one's cost and what removing it would take.
A backlog, not a big bang
Prioritized items shipped and documented individually, so the effect of each change is legible.
Deliverables
What’s included
What you receive from an engagement of this type. Exact deliverables are confirmed in the scope we agree together.
Prioritized opportunity backlog
Every finding estimated for impact and effort, ordered, with the reasoning visible to you.
Performance and UX recommendations
What is costing you speed or clarity, evidenced by measurement and a code-level review.
Approved implementation work
Agreed items shipped as small, verifiable changes rather than one large release.
Before and after technical documentation, where measurable
Measurements either side of each change, so the effect can be judged on your own data.
Optional ongoing optimization cadence
A repeating measure, prioritize, and ship cycle if you want the work to continue.
We do not promise conversion-rate increases or specific performance scores. Recommendations are evidence-informed and prioritized by expected impact and feasibility, and we document what changed so results can be judged on your own data.

FAQ
Shopify Performance & CRO FAQs
Direct answers to what teams ask before starting this kind of work.
No. Scores move with third-party scripts, traffic mix, devices, and measurement conditions outside our control. We do commit to identifying what is slowing the storefront, fixing what is fixable, and showing measurements before and after the work.
We can implement and support testing where your traffic volume makes results meaningful. Below that threshold, tests take months to reach significance, and prioritized fixes to identified friction are the better use of budget — we will say which situation you are in.
Usually there is meaningful gain in theme code, image handling, and script loading strategy alone. But if an app is the dominant cost, we will show you the numbers and let you weigh the trade-off rather than working around it silently.
Each finding is estimated for likely impact and implementation effort, then ordered. You see the reasoning in the backlog and approve the sequence — nothing is worked on because it is simply easy to bill for.
Accessibility improvements often overlap with clarity and usability, so they frequently appear in the backlog. We describe this as improvement work; a formal conformance claim requires a dedicated audit against a specific standard.
